FAQs for Parents
Why are tuition fees increasing?
Tuition fees have been capped at the same level for eight years, while the costs of providing a high-quality education have continued to rise with inflation. This has created a gap that has become increasingly challenging for universities to manage, leading to significant financial strains on UK universities. The increases in fees are needed to ensure that we can continue to invest in your student education experience and support here at Newcastle.
