What should I do if I have an issue with the photo on my Smartcard?
Guidance for students who have an issue with their Smartcard photo.
It's not possible to change the photo on the University app, but you can get a new photo taken during registration week, or visit either the Philip Robinson Library or King's Gate Level 2 to have a new card issued.
