What should I do if I have an issue with the photo on my Smartcard?
Guidance for students who have an issue with their Smartcard photo.
It's not possible to change your photo on the Student Portal once your Smartcard has been printed, but you can get a new photo taken during Registration week, or visit either the Philip Robinson Library or Student Services in Great North House to have a new Smartcard issued.
