My University scholarship discount is missing from my tuition fee balance in the Student Portal. What should I do?

For a scholarship or discount to display on a tuition fee account, the department that administers the funding must provide the relevant paperwork to the tuition fees team.

At busy times, there may be a delay before the paperwork is sent by the issuing department, processed and applied on a tuition fee account. If you are concerned, contact the department that issues the funding and ask them to check that the relevant paperwork has been forwarded to tuition fees for the scholarship or discount.
