There is no password showing in the registration email sent to me. What should I do?
Guidance for students who do not have a password in their registration email.
Please ring the IT Service Desk on +44 (0) 191 208 5999 – their phones are answered 24 hours a day.
All emails sent to it.servicedesk@ncl.ac.uk will be responded to during our main operating hours.
