My password isn't working. What should I do?

Guidance if your University password is not working.

For new students, make sure you are entering the password in the format shown, e.g. if the three words you’ve been given are ThreeWordsTogether and your date of birth is 27 November 2000, your password will be ThreeWordsTogether27112000.
