My password isn't working. What should I do?
Guidance if your University password is not working.
For new students, make sure you are entering the password in the format shown, e.g. if the three words you’ve been given are ThreeWordsTogether and your date of birth is 27 November 2006, your password will be ThreeWordsTogether27112006.
If you're still having problems or you've forgotten your password, contact the IT Service Desk on (0191) 208 5999 or visit the staffed IT Service Support Hubs in the Frederick Douglass Centre or Philip Robinson Library.
