My email display name is wrong - how can this be corrected?

Guidance if your University email display name is wrong.

Your display name is taken from the information in your student record. Check your personal details in the Student Portal and ensure that everything is correct, including the ‘Known As’ field. Any changes made in the Student Portal will update your display name overnight.
