My email display name doesn’t show that I am an undergraduate/postgraduate student. What should I do?

Guidance if your University email display name is not showing that you are a undergraduate or postgraduate student.

Student display names show whether you are an undergraduate or postgraduate student, e.g. ‘Happy Student (UG)’. Your display name will update overnight once you have completed your registration on S3P. If your display name hasn’t updated, please contact the IT Service Desk and they will sort this for you.
