I’ve noticed a fault or problem within a building/facility on campus. What do I do?

With the reduced number of people present on campus, it is important that you report issues as soon as you notice them.

In the first instance, please report the issue to the School or building reception and provide as much detail as possible about the issue and its location. If it is not possible to report to a reception, please contact the Estate Support Service Helpdesk (8:30am to 5:00pm):
