I’ve noticed a fault or problem within a building or facility on campus. What do I do?
Guidance for reporting building or facility faults or problems on campus.
If you notice an issue on campus, in the first instance, please report the issue to the School or building reception and provide as much detail as possible about the issue and its location.
If it is not possible to report to a reception, please contact the Estate Support Service Helpdesk (08:30 - 17:00) on 0191 208 7171 or at ess-helpdesk@ncl.ac.uk.
For emergencies out of office hours, please contact our Security Control Centre on 0191 208 6817 or 86817 from a University phone.
