I'm having problems registering for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). What should I do?
Guidance for students who are setting up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
There are step by step instructions on our IT Service website. If you're still having problems, contact the IT Service Desk on (0191) 208 5999 or visit the staffed IT Service Support Hubs in the Frederick Douglass Centre or Philip Robinson Library.
Please note: It's best to call using a different phone than the one you're trying to register with.
