I'm booked on a module in Student Portal but it doesn't show in Canvas. What should I do?

Helpful information for students when modules booked in Student Portal are not yet showing in Canvas.

If the module was booked for you today, access will update overnight, so please check on Canvas again tomorrow morning.

You can also check whether the module has been published yet on Canvas. Click on Courses > All Courses to see the publication status. If the module has not been published yet, please contact your School Office staff. Most Schools are accessible via https://www.ncl.ac.uk/who-we-are/academic/.
