I have received my registration e-mail but the university e-mail account login details don't seem to be working. What do I do?

If the username and password details for your university e-mail account don't allow you to log in to retrieve your S3P registration e-mail, then please contact the IT Service Desk as soon as possible so they can check them for you. The e-mail account login details are also your campus login details so it is important that they are fixed quickly if there is an issue with them.
