I have paid my fees, have you received them?

Guidance for students about the receipt of tuition fee payment.

If you received an email when you paid online, that is proof that we have received your funds.

If you received an email after paying by bank/wire transfer, that is proof that we have received your funds. If you received one of these emails, it is a confirmation of your payment and you don’t need to contact us again.

If you have had no email or if you paid by Convera and you are unable to track your payment please let us know. However please note that International bank transfers can take up to 10 working days.

When paying please make sure you use your student number as the first part of your reference so we can allocate it quickly.
