I have paid my fees, have you received them?
Guidance for students about the receipt of tuition fee payment.
After you have completed your payment using either the Student Portal or one of our other approved payment methods found on Tuition Fees webpage, you will receive an email confirmation. This is proof that we have received your funds and you do not need to contact us again.
If you have not received email confirmation of your payment, please let us know. Please note that international bank transfers can take up to 10 working days to be received by us.
If you have used Convera or Flywire, these links will help you track the payment you have made via them. Easy Transfer assign a dedicated customer support consultant to each payee that you will be able to contact to track your payment.
