FAQs for Parents
I have lost my phone or it has been damaged since registering for MFA. What should I do?
Guidance for students if personal devices registered for MFA have been lost or damaged.
Please contact the IT Service Desk or visit the staffed IT Service Support Hubs in the Frederick Douglass Centre or Philip Robinson Library.
You can also set up a second device in case this happens; we recommend adding an additional authentication method once you have registered for MFA. You can do this by following the Microsoft instructions to change your two-step verification method and settings.
