I can't log onto the University app. What should I do?
Guidance for students having problems logging onto the University app.
Make sure you’re entering your user ID as C1234567 (for example) and that the password you enter is the same one you use to access your email. Make sure the letter at the start of your user ID is a CAPITAL letter. If you’re copying and pasting the password, make sure there isn’t an extra blank space on the end.
