I can't log onto a website via the Login Gateway. What should I do?

Guidance for students who are having issues logging onto website via the Login Gateway.

Make sure you’re entering your user ID as C1234567 (for example) and that the password you enter is the same one you use to access your email. If you’re copying and pasting the password, make sure there isn’t an extra blank space on the end.

Top Tip: Do not bookmark the Login Gateway page – create a bookmark/favourite once you have logged onto the website/system itself.
