How do I get a fees refund?

If you feel that the industrial action has had a disproportionate, detrimental impact on you that has not been addressed or mitigated by alternative arrangements in your school, you can submit a complaint under the University’s Student Complaints and Resolution Procedure.

If a complaint is upheld, financial compensation is one of a number of possible outcomes that may be offered.

Please ensure that you submit full documentary evidence to support your case. Complaints will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis, in accordance with the procedure.

Appeals about academic decisions should be submitted under a separate process – the Academic Queries and Appeal Procedure.
