FAQs for Parents
How do I inform you of extenuating circumstances and how will they be taken into account?
We advise that applicants can inform us of any extenuating circumstances that may have affected their studies prior to joining the university Applicants can do this by emailing ug-admissions@ncl.ac.uk or by using our Enquiry form.
We will usually not alter any offers that we make as a result of extenuating circumstances, but if an applicant misses their offer, we will take any extenuating circumstances into consideration if applicants miss out on their offer and may still be able to offer the applicant a place.
