FAQs for Parents
Can trade unions share promotional materials on teaching platforms or in lectures?
No, our teaching platforms are not available for trade union material and the focus of teaching time should not include industrial action material.
You invest significant time and money in your education and rightly expect that your learning time to be dedicated to academic content, rather than being used for discussions unrelated to your curriculum.
There is dedicated notice board space around campus for the trade unions to place their promotional material. If you find that teaching time is being used for purposes unrelated to your curriculum, you raise this with your Head of School.
