Can the Careers Service help me look for a part-time job?

Yes, they can. You can book an online information appointment through our Appointment Finder tool to speak to an information adviser.

The Careers Service website has information on finding Part-time jobs. They also run ‘How to find a part-time job for international student’ workshops in Semester 1 – you can access the pre-recorded webinar on the Events page.

We would normally recommend that students work no more than 20 hours a week. International students should check their visa restrictions.
