How do I obtain Academic Technology Approval Scheme Clearance (ATAS)?

Guidance for students on ATAS applications.

Students who are studying in some science, engineering and medical subject areas may be required to obtain clearance for their studies under the ATAS. Your offer letter will tell you if this is required.

If you do require ATAS clearance for your programme, please try to apply as soon as possible, as long delays in processing applications are possible at busy times of the year.
