Undergraduate 

Applications to the University's undergraduate degree programmes must be submitted through the Universities and Colleges Admissions Service (UCAS) and you can apply online here. If you have any queries about the UCAS Apply system, please contact UCAS at 0371 468 0468. 

The on-time application deadline for UCAS applications for our Undergraduate courses for 2026 entry is 18:00 on Wednesday 14 January 2026. For Medical and Dental programmes, applications must be submitted by 18:00 on Wednesday 15 October 2025.  

Postgraduate 

Postgraduate applications are made directly to the University. Full details about the application process and a link to our application form can be found in our How to Apply guide.

There is no application deadline for most of our postgraduate programmes. To find out whether the programme(s) you are interested in has an application deadline, please refer to the relevant programme guide on our online Postgraduate Prospectus. Some taught postgraduate programmes do commit places earlier than others, so to avoid the possibility of failing to obtain a place you should apply as early as you can.
