What will happen if there is a confirmed case in my University-managed accommodation block?

Students have been grouped into households within their University-managed accommodation. If a student tests positive then their household will need to isolate for 14 days to prevent the spread of COVID. Support will be provided for students in self-isolation. Other flats within the block will not be affected as they are separate households. Our Residences teams will provide non-contact cleaning in communal areas for your safety. Please ensure you wear a face mask when moving around the accommodation, wash and sanitise your hands, and follow social distancing keeping 2 metres apart from others.
