FAQs for Parents
If I am self-isolating in University accommodation, do I have to leave the building if the fire alarm goes off?
If the fire alarm goes off everyone must leave the building. You should wear a face covering if possible whilst doing so and maintain 2m. distance wherever possible. When outside students and colleagues should maintain 2m. distance from everyone. When re-entering the building colleagues and students must wear their face coverings until back in their flat.
Report : tell us that you are self-isolating through the Covid-19 reporting form, so that we can support you.
