I have lost my keys/locked myself out/my key doesn't work for my University owned accommodation. What should I do?
Guidance if you have lost your University accommodation keys.
If you happen to lose your key or need to replace your key, please contact your reception during opening hours (the number and times can be found under Student Village receptions on our contact us page.)
If this happens outside of opening hours, please call the Security Team on 0191 208 6817.
