I am not able to register and I am worried I won’t receive my student loan on time. Who should I contact?

Guidance for students regarding student loan payments.

The University is working hard to resolve the IT issues affecting the S3P system usually used for registration. We can assure you that the release of your student loan will not be impacted.  Providing your loan has been fully approved by the Student Loan Company then it will be released by them on the date your course is due to start (for most the date will be 28th September) and should be in your nominated bank account with 2-3 working days.

If you are a new student, you will need to fill in the registration form sent to you via email by the 24 September 2020 to ensure you receive your loan on time. We will provide information for continuing/current students on how to register for the 2020/21 academic year very soon.

We will not be using the S3P system for registration at present. If you have questions about registering with the University contact: student-registration@ncl.ac.uk

If you are concerned about how you will cover your living costs and want to find out more about the financial support available from the University or you want to discuss what stage you have reached with your student finance application then contact us by emailing: student.fin-supp@ncl.ac.uk

If you are concerned your tuition fee loan may be delayed contact: tuition-fees@ncl.ac.uk.
