How do I inform the University if I or somebody I know, has tested positive for Covid-19, is shielding or self-isolating?

Guidance on the steps to take to inform the University if you have tested positive for Covid-19 and need support.

Any student who has tested positive for Covid-19 and is shielding or self-isolating will need to let us know by completing this form so that we can support them. 

You can complete the form on someone’s behalf if they are unable to do it themselves.

If you are completing the form on behalf of someone else you will need to know the student name, student number, and a contact telephone number before being able to complete the form. 

 

Report : tell us that you are self-isolating through the Covid-19 reporting form, so that we can support you.
