FAQs for Parents
Will my work be marked if my lecturers are on strike - how will this affect me?
You should continue to prepare for your assessments and/or examinations as planned and you should submit work and sit examinations as usual.
The University operates a ‘no detriment’ approach to ensure students whose assessments are impacted by marking delays due to the industrial action can, as far as possible, progress to the next stage of their programme, or graduate, as normal despite any delays in availability of marks.
You can find out more about the no detriment approach here.
