My voucher is not working on the Deliveroo website. What should I do?

At the moment, we’re awaiting confirmation from Deliveroo as to what the next steps should be. You can call the enquiry line on 0191 222 5101 and we will log your faulty voucher. If you’d like to get in touch directly with Deliveroo, then you’re welcome to do so too.

If you have received a £50 voucher, make sure you are spending a minimum of £50. If you have received two £25 vouchers, make sure you are spending a minimum of £25 and you are only using one voucher per transaction. Please check that you are ordering from the NUSU Co-op.
