My Co-op voucher has expired, what should I do?

We are aware of a number of vouchers that are registering as expired as the time of issuing.

If your voucher has expired, please email a screenshot as proof to covidsupport@ncl.ac.uk. Once verified, we will work to issue you with a working voucher as soon as we are able. Please remember that the Covid Enquiry Line is closed over the weekends.

Your screenshot must clearly show that the voucher is EXPIRED otherwise we will not be able to process. If it doesn’t say expired, then there is another issue with the voucher.
