FAQs for Parents
I'm a Newcastle University student and I’ve ordered a postal Covid test kit – how can I post it back?
Postal Covid test kits
Your testing kit will have instructions on how to return your sample. If you have been instructed to post your test kit in a priority postbox, you are able to leave your accommodation in order to do this. Please observe the usual social distancing guidance and wear a mask. You can post your sample in one of the specially selected Royal Mail priority postboxes. You can find your nearest priority postbox on the Royal Mail website.
Report : tell us that you are self-isolating through the Covid-19 reporting form, so that we can support you.
