I am not flying into Newcastle International Airport. Will the university support me with a transfer from a different airport within the UK?

Guidance for students arriving into other UK airports.

We advise that, where possible, you arrive at Newcastle International Airport, which is a twenty-minute taxi drive to the main city centre. You can get to Newcastle University from several international hubs, including Heathrow, Paris, and Amsterdam.

We are unable to arrange a meet and greet service from any airport other than Newcastle International but you can find information that will help you plan your onward journey from a number of other UK airports on our pre-arrival webpages.

For our students who are returning to campus, we’ve created a step-by-step guide, which includes information on testing and quarantine periods.
