Can I use public transport to return home after a Covid test?
If you are awaiting the result from a Covid test from the NHS (a PCR test), if you have been instructed by Track and Trace to self-isolate, or if you or a household member are experiencing symptoms, you must not use public transport.
If you are awaiting the result from a rapid LFD test and you are not experiencing any symptoms of Covid-19, you can use public transport, adhering to government guidelines for safer travel.
